Senura Civil Engineering (Private) Limited (hereafter referred to as SCE) was incorporated in the year 2002 by Mr. Somadasa Gallage and Ms. Preethi Sujeewa Wanniarachchi Kankanamge. In September 2018, Mr. Somadasa Gallage and Ms. Preethi Sujeewa Wanniarachchi Kankanamge, divested their holdings to Mr. Hewawasamge Ravindranath Srilal Wijeratne, Chairman of Rank Holdings.

SCE has access to a range of heavy machineries and trucks which includes Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Loader Backhoes, Skid Steer Loaders, Motor Graders, Vibratory Rollers, Asphalt Pavers, Bitumen Distributors, Pneumatic Rollers, Dump Trucks and Tippers, Generators along with access to Concrete and Asphalt Plant resources.
